Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock problems…?

I have Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock for my laptop. I installed the game and everything loaded perfect. Now when I play the game it runs off beat. For example when the green key comes down and I hit the button, it delays and hits way after I need it to. I have tried everything in the options and even adjusted all the speeds and it still does not hit on time.

It may be your RAM you may need some more memory on your Hard Drive. Your Hard Drive may have to much stuff on it and my cause it to lag. Try a bigger hard drive. I know its a pain but it works
